I founded Worthie in 2020, originally under the name Wilona, after grad school. What began as a social marketing agency quickly evolved as clients came to me for more than visuals or social media. They wanted clarity around their brand as a whole. I saw it again & again. Strong aesthetics without clear positioning or intentional messaging struggled to hold attention or convert interest into belief. That realization reshaped my work. Worthie was built on the understanding that a brand’s success does not start with how it looks, but with how it is understood. Today, I help founders build obsession-worthy brands through consumer psychology, positioning, & messaging that earn attention, create attachment, & drive meaningful results.

The Story

Hey, I'm Ashley

Many clients affectionately call me their "brand therapist," & it’s a title I proudly embrace. Building a brand is a deeply personal journey; it requires clarity, introspection, & a readiness to fully evaluate your business. My unique approach focuses on three pillars: consumer understanding, positioning, & messaging. I start by developing context around your audience & market so strategy is rooted in insight, not assumptions. From there, I define how your brand lives in the mind of the consumer & what makes choosing you feel obvious. I treat messaging as strategy, not just language. It is how your brand signals value, relevance, & belief across every touchpoint. Without clarity, even the most polished marketing struggles to convert. The result? A brand that understands how to earn awareness & build real attachment.
